The process is relatively simple;
- First we review the documents our clients have in draft, or have used previously;
- Then we conduct an internal assessment, which results in a summary report of “actionable” feedback (including what we’d to do differently and why), of which we on send to the client.
After that – we let the dust settle, leaving the client to consider our advice and proposed action plan – no strings attached. This way, clients have the option of actioning our advice in-house, without further involvement with our team. This option obviously reduces the chargeable contact time, thus is a cost effective option for our clients and a shining example of our approach to client value….
… only it’s just never ended that way. Never.
Pitchn clients have always returned, often immediately, because clients accept that when something is worth doing – it’s worth doing RIGHT – and this is especially the case for high stake documents such as those used to raise capital.
Once officially on-board, we work alongside our clients internal and external “pitch team”, which often include Founders, CEOs, Board Members, Stockbrokers and in some cases company secretaries and fund managers. Together we consolidate goals and objectives, conduct or aid necessary research and help pull together a presentation that not only engages – it results in action.
